Orc double axe might be a decent option with either build. Double weapons can be used as twohanded weapons
Obviously you can't use TWF with it at the same time, but it is a nice option. It is a strong choice for a TWF build considering it gives you an option for a powerful standard attack.
Dumping wisdom might not be bad for an oracle, particularly a Half Orc one since you have will saves as your strongest save and you can always take sacred tattoo to help amp things up further. It would be useful for getting your DEX up high enough to take just the bare minimum of TWF.
But falchion might be a simpler choice over all. Two handing is a nice, low cost style, and allows room for many other different kinds of feat choices.

I was leaning a bit toward Falchion too. I've never been one to dump a stat for mechanical purposes though. I feel obligated to roleplay a low stat.
So using a half orc and a falchion I should be able to avoid taking skill at arms revelation and focus on medium armor bonuses, unless I go the battle oracle route.

The penalty for two-weapon fighting is even steeper for folks with 3/4 BAB. Ironic, considering most two-weapon fighters are rogues. The penalty is off-set when flanking, but it still sucks.
Using a two-handed weapon, on the other hand, imparts zero penalties, takes far less feat investment, and receives greater benefit from the feats you're already likely to grab, like Power Attack. Furious Focus pushes this advantage even further, making the two-handed weapon style far superior, in most cases.
In short, I'd go: two-handed > one-handed plus shield > two-weapon fighting. Meaning, given your options, I'd take the Falchion 9 times out of 10.
