Crafting quesiton & advice

Advice

I'm thinking of taking some crafting with my oracle, likely some item creation feats, any suggestions on which craft skill I should utilize?

Different variants of the craft/profession skill can be used to make magic items, but Spellcraft can be used for all of them so that's the only craft skill I'd put ranks in. As for feats themselves, Craft Wonderous Item is pretty awesome just because it's so versatile.

I get a free skill point/level but only for craft and profession hence the picking of craft

Then I would advice buwyer/fletcher or weaponsmith.
Start out with create wondrous items and follow with create magical weapons/armor. And max out Spellcraft so you can brush away spell requirements by taking a +5 penalty.
Use the craft to produce masterwork items really cheap (one third the costs). And as soon as you have the create wondrous items feat, create some items that add a bonus to crafting, as those are really cheap items.

sweet thanks

I'm having isues finding items that add a bonus to crafting do you know the names of any?

Masterwork tools for the specific craft adds +2 circumstance, cauldron of brewing adds +5 competence, amazing tools of manufacture add +4 circumstance and can craft 1000gp of progress in 1 hour for the day.

There's also the spell Crafter's Fortune, which gives a +5 luck bonus. If you have a Wizard in the party he could probably cast it for you as needed.

Apart from some items that heighten intelligence and add a max rank to a skill, there are not many items that enhance skill in the list.

Check the creating magical items in the PRD on page 548 to page 553. In the table on page 550 the costs are discussed what an item would cost if you add abilities to it. The cost of adding skill bonus (type competence) is bonus squared times 100GP.
example: a +1 bonus to bowyer costs 100gp, a +2 costs (2*2 *100=)400, a +3 costs (3*3 *100=)900, etc. etc.
You can even enhance the item later and start as a +1 and later enhance it to +2 or more if you initially lack the cash.
Technically speaking you'd need a masterwork item to enchant, but you could enchant masterwork tools and the bonus would add up, as both types of bonus are different and therefor will add up :)
