Spell components and Divine Spells

Do divine spells require you to have the components? (like the infamous bat guano)

Unless you take Eschew Materials, you're in the same boat as Arcane casters.

My cleric sure carries a spell component pouch. It only costs 5 gold pieces.

It depends on the spell. If the spell lists M/DF an arcane caster needs the material component while a divine caster needs a divine focus a.k.a. his holy symbol. If the spells lists M than a material component is needed for all casters.

Oracle's do not require a divine focus, but do need other components.
