rerolled attacks vs true strike / perfect strike

just curious to what happens here, someoen uses perfect/true strike to hit, then the enemy usees an ability to make them reroll...do they still get there bonuses and such?

Yes. If the ability calls for them to reroll the attack roll, then you reroll the attack with the same bonuses. You essentially never rolled the first time.

As Scavion stated, you keep all bonuses/penaltys to a roll when you need/have to re-roll (unless otherwise stated)
