Vermin and Magic

Is there any spell in the arsenal of druids, clerics or Arcane users that allows one to communicate with Vermin?

In this case. I have a pair of VERY large Wasps with an attitude problem I would rather my characters deal with... cordially (so to speak), than have to fight them, when they have stingers the size of small short swords.

Vermin Heart and Greater Wild Empathy are option feats that can make this somewhat possible.
