I have those nice claws I can use 8 rounds per day. I was wondering how to improve their chance to hit and to damage. To Hit seems to be the biggest problem as I level up.
Feats
Arcane Strike is a feat, but only adds to damage; but to both attacks and also works on weapon. Power Attack is a bonus feat for Abyssal sorcerers, but increase damage at the expense of the chance to hit.
Weapon Focus doesn’t seem to be available for claws.
Spells
To affect both claw I need a Greater Magic Fangs to give both +1. It’s not a sorcerer spell so I’d need a good UMD to use a wand of it. It’s a 1 hour/level spell, so can need not be used during combat.
Any bonus to Strengh could help: Enlarge Person (works only on humanoid so not on me, I’m a Tiefling), Alter Self, Bull Strength.
There’s a couple of spell that could help like Haste and Transformation.
Magic Items
Concerning magical items, bodywrap of mighty strikes will only provide a bonus to one of the attack (before level 11) and Amulet of mighty fists are very expensive for an ability used only a couple times in a day.
Conclusion
Maybe the claws are better used when delivering touch spells? Or maybe the power is only useful at very low level, if at all?
Also did I miss any feats/spell/traits/item that could help?

I was looking at the same thing. It is hard to improve.
Strength items for sure
Arcane Strike for Damage
Heroism and Greater Heroism
Magic Fang and Greater Magic fang
Haste
Weapon Focus
I saw a feat that gives extra damage if you hit with both claws.
Yes you only get claws for a few rounds a day but if you use alter self or any of the beast shape spells all of the above would apply to new form claw attacks also.

Ask your GMs if you could take Improved Natural Attack for your claws--it's a monster feat (check the Bestiary) and increases your damage die (d4-->d6-->d8); applies to both claw attacks.
BTW, Weapon Focus is available for natural attacks.
If you've cast a touch spell (shocking grasp comes to mind) and hold its charge and then hit/touch with your claws, your opponent would be in for a nasty surprise, I think.

To be completely honest if you're going to be asking your DM for anything ask him/her if you can have the Claws at-will, they aren't game breaking and usually more fluff than anything else and make the sorcerer a bit more exotic. If s/he's leery about it being at will then see if he'll let you have the claws at will but not the flaming quality, making the flaming quality 3+charisma rounds per day.
Otherwise I'd take Weapon Focus Claws, Power Attack, maybe Dodge and Mobility. I'd probably take a trait to bump Use Magic Device and then carry a wand of Greater Magic Fang. Arcane Strike also makes your claws count as magic for overcoming DR/Magic, it can be useful at the beginning until they become magical via magic fang or hitting level 5. Chill Touch would be a fairly nice low level touch spell to use with your claws since it gives multiple touches and such.
My only other advice is to talk to your DM and see if s/he will let you take the Improved Natural Attack feat, its fairly nice and may eventually be worth it.
