lol... okay, I GM and things are easier to read if there is some similarity in the way things are noted on character sheets or inventory tracking sheets. This is a suggestion.
yes - Wand of Magic Missile CL5 with 13 charges 975GP
yes - Wand of Magic Missile(CL5, 13 charges; 975gp)
yes - Wand: Magic Missile 1@5 [13] $975
no -- Magic Missile wand with 3 magic missiles, 13 charges 975gp
yes - Scroll of Endure Elements (5 copies of spell on scroll) 75GP
yes - Scroll of Endure Elements(CL1, 5 uses; 75gp)
yes - Scroll: Endure Elements 1@1 [5] $75
no -- Endure Elementals scroll with 5 copies $75
yes - Hat of Disguise, Aura faint illusion, CL 1st, Slot head, Price 1,800 gp, Weight 0.
yes - Hat of Disguise(CL1, head, 0lb, 1800gp).
yes - Hat of Disguise: Disguise Self(cmmd). slot(head), wt 0, $1800
no -- got a hat of disguise on chronicle 13, paid 1800gold.
when deleting an item (such as when it is expended), draw a line through it. Professional red liners (proofreaders) put a little cursive e on the end for erase.
just make it clear, concise, and consistent.
Consistency really helps when you read 20 sheets of these things right before running a scenario.
Having the spell level or caster level(CL) really helps. GMs assume it's at minimal levels but writing it down takes out the guesswork of having to run the price backwards to figure it out.
thanks

Okay, I post on forums and things are easier to read when people capitalise the first letter of each sentence. This is a suggestion:
yes - Just make it clear, concise and consistent.
no - just make it clear, concise, and consistent.
Capitalisation really helps when you read 50 posts while browsing the forums.
Seriously though, it's rather nitpicky to insist on that sort of thing. I'd rather see "hat of disguise" written on an inventory list rather than the player saying "I think I've got a hat of disguise..." (five minutes of looking through chronicle sheets later) "oh, here it is."
Thanks.

rulz we're maid too b broked
As much as this type of spelling on the internet bugs the heck out of me, I'll give you style points on the joke for spelling every single word of your post incorrectly. The people who don't know they're wrong usually only misspell half their words at a time.
But this does go back to something I've been saying for 20 years now: The first two casualties of the internet were spelling and grammar. Civility was a close third.
