6 months ago, I was nervously waiting for Monster Focus Skeletons to appear on the site, marking the launch of Minotaur Games! Now, 6 months, 10 PDFs, and 2,000 downloads later, things are rolling along quite nicely.

Given that 200 downloads seems to constitute a hit, and each of your pdfs seems to be around that number (give or take), I'd say you're doing great man. And personally I love your work so I'm glad you're having such success.

As to the drawings, I think this is an awesome idea. It gives people an incentive to pick up the pdfs they might have missed from you while still promoting your work to people who don't have a large number of your pdfs. Well done.

One slight bit of confusion, I count 11 pdfs that you have out, not 10. I take it the Underlings Bonus pdf doesn't count?
