Is it viable to build a non-evil brawling death domain cleric? I don't care really what the second domain is but I'm stuck at work and was inspired to try to build a death cleric who isn't evil and who is a brawler.

I don't see why not? Pharasma is non-evil, and the evil deities that grant the death domain are all aligned so that you could simply be a neutral cleric of them. After that take feats involving unarmed strikes, or just get some spiked gauntlets, and go fisticuffs. Perhaps some grapple feats or something?
Urgathoa also has the strength domain, which grants you some nice buff domain spells for melee, and a really nice melee domain power at 8th level.
