I kinda remember something about a feat or something that allows a gunslinger to use CHA, or something instead of WIS. I am correct and if so what is it?

It's Ultimate Combat. The Gunslinger class, as well as its archetypes were introduced in that book.

There is another book, by a 3rd Party, called "Grit and Gunslingers" that introduced using Charisma instead of Wisdom. It's not Society legal, though.

Mysterious Stranger gives up a lot...though I like the crunch. :)

The Human-only Buccaneer Archetype (in the Advanced Race Guide) uses CHA for grit as well.
