Alchemist Image Location

I'm trying to find a high-res version of this amazing image:

So far, I'm not turning anything up on google or tineye. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Maybe let me know which book it's in? I saw someone using the character's head as an avatar, so I hope it's around here somewhere. :D
