Eidolon Natural and Manufactured Attacks

In the APG it states that if an Eidolon only has a single natural attack then that attack is made at full BAB +1-1/2 Str mod.
So if my Eidolon only had 1 Natural Attack, for instance Bite, and a weapon (Greatsword)then would it make on a full attack action one Weapon Attack at full BAB and one Secondary Natural Attack at full BAB since it is the only Natural attack?
Or does the Natural attack still take the -5 to attack?

Basically if all you do is the bite then it follows the 1.5x strength rule. But when you use it with a manufactured weapon it becomes a secondary attack. It hen is at -5 to hit and half strength.

Ok Thank you for clearing that up I wasn't sure if the Natural Attack rule or the Eidolon wording took precedence.

No, although there is another bite related rule that could.

So how do the rules on natural attack/manufactured attack rules apply here? Would you get 3/4 STR mod (1.5/2) or could you possibly get the whole amount?

Also, what would the damage come out to if you used the bite as a standard attack and had no other natural attacks? Would you get 2.25 STR mod? (1.5x1.5)
