I'm working on a character based around teamwork feats. I see two different versions. This is for PFS.
The idea that first comes to mind is Cavalier(strategist+flag bearer)+Fighter(Tactician). Should give the best advancement for giving out teamwork feats and the most feats to work with.
However, I've come across something that may be better for giving out teamwork.
Paladin(Holy tactician) + Inquisitor. Battlefield presence will let me handout teamwork feats that last all day. Inquisitor will let me swap the teamwork feats around.
My favorite teamwork feat right now is Lastwall Phalanx.
What I don't know, is what else to do with the character. My bonus feats from the classes are tied up, but I've still got my main feats, and I'm not sure what type of fighting style to focus on.

Paladin (Holy Tactician) gives you the most options over all. I can see it being the biggest boost to a party. Due to the fact it has two forms of party buffing that stack over just one. It dose get a 3rd but at a much higher level. The combination of Weal’s Champion(Swift), Battlefield Presence(Standard), Guide the Battle(Move). Is a very powerful combination for a full round action on the part of any character. I would not mix it with any thing there is little to be gained with diping in to other classes. For what your trying to do here. The only down side is Weal's Champion dose not stack with bard performance.

We have a pair of Dervish of Dawn PC's (twins) just starting off Wrath of the Righteous. They took a 2 level MOMS dip and will invest heavily in teamwork feats over the course of the build. The results look to be pretty devastating.
They each have the full Crane Style feat tree by 4th level, then take Paired Opportunists and Broken Wing Gambit, eventually taking Seize the Momement after Improved Critical for their Scimiatrs. High saves, tons of attacks, almost unhittable, bard spells, bard skills and the ability to cast cure spells as move actions. Pretty darned tough to beat.

Done some more work on the concept. I've got most things decided on, but still have a few gaps. I've got two main ways to build him.
Both builds are followers of Iomedae. They pick up Fauchard proficiency with the 1500gp cracked opalescent white pyramid ioun stone. The key things are giving out teamwork feats and giving away crits. Paladin will let me give one out nearly all the time, and Ring of Tactical Precision will let me share another feat with a single target.
Human or Half-Orc: orc gets endurance and saves, but human gets feat or extra attribute.
18/10/13/7/11/16, magic & levels bring it to 20/10/15/7/13/18
Level 1: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: Power Attack human feat: ???
Level 2: Paladin (Holy Tactician)
Level 3: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: Cleave, Bonus Feat: Teamwork Feat
Level 4: Inquisitor
Level 5: Inquisitor Feat: Furious Focus
Level 6: Inquisitor Bonus Feat: Teamwork Feat
Level 7: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: ??
Level 8: Fighter (Lore Warden) Bonus Feat: Teamwork Feat
Level 9: Fighter (Lore Warden) Feat: Butterfly's Sting, Bonus Feat: Improved Critical (Fauchard), Combat Expertise
Level 10+: ?? Levels 10 and up could be more inquisitor or paladin
I don't really want the fighter levels, but it's the only way to get combat expertise without having a 13 int, and that's needed for Butterfly's Sting. If you know of another way to get it sooner, please tell me. The only other path I've found is Spire Defender archetype of Magus, and I don't want to be an elf.
Tried again with the 13 int. Gets me where I want to be faster, but the stat array is a bit painful.
Human, follower of Iomedae
16/10/14/13/12/14, levels and magic bring it to 20/10/16/13/12/16
Level 1: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: Power Attack human feat: Combat Expertise
Level 2: Paladin (Holy Tactician)
Level 3: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: Butterfly's Sting, Bonus Feat: Teamwork Feat
Level 4: Inquisitor
Level 5: Inquisitor Feat: Furious Focus
Level 6: Inquisitor Bonus Feat: Teamwork Feat
Level 7: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: Cleave
Level 8: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Bonus Feat: Teamwork Feat
Level 9: Paladin (Holy Tactician) Feat: Improved Critical (Fauchard),
Level 10+: Cavalier to hand out a temporary teamwork feat as well? Or more paladin?
Questions:
1. How would you recomend fixing the stats on the second build? I'll need 13int, 12wis, and 14+charisma for inqusitor spells and weal's champion. I could dump dex more, but my reflex save is poor, and it wouldn't be enough to raise strength much. Is that enough strength?
2. What domain would you recomend for the inquisitor part? I was thinking of Persistance Inquisition because it grants step-up, but that only lets you follow if they were adjacent, so it doesn't really work with reach weapons.
3. By the time the paladin gets channel, it's a tiny amount of health. So I plan to take a variant channeling for an affect instead. I was looking at Disease to heal ability damage, or Cities for bonuses to attack & ac when flanking. Any other recomendations?
4. Traits. I was looking at Armor Expert, Faith Hunter, or Defender of the Society for a combat trait, and Divine Warrior or Dangerously Curious for the other trait. Having UMD as a class skill would be nice for a wand of enlarge person.
5. Teamwork feats. I'll have 2 locked in from paladin and one changeable on inquisitor. What should the locked in feats be? I was thinking Lastwall Phalanx as one of them.
6. If I go with the fighter build, I've still got 1 more feat as a half-orc, or 2 as a human. Ideas?
7. any other advice?
