I don't believe so Titania.

One requires a Standard, the other requires a Full Attack.

There isn't much that stacks well or worth-while with Vital Strike or it's upgraded versions.

The answer is no, but not for the above reason.

Deadly Stroke is a special kind of standard action that includes the ability to make one melee attack, not one attack action. Thus Vital Strike doesn't work with Deadly Stroke any more than it works with Spring Attack.
