Hey everyone,
I have been playing PFS for a while now and D&D for over a decade, also a seasoned DM. Due to work I have started to dabble in the PBP world and have been enjoying it very much, I am currently in my first PBP game. I am sure that there is a post about this elsewhere but my search has revealed nothing. Also I have started to DM in PFS and find that I enjoy the amount of detail that can be included in PBP and would like to try my hand at it eventually.
So here is my list of questions
- Dotting, can someone explain
- Is there a map tool that allows the PFS maps from the scenario to be used? What have people have people had success with in the past?
- Chronicle Sheets; Are they editable? (how do you sign off on a players successful sheet, make adjustments to the sheet if they did not receive all the loot, allow players to roll for day jobs, etc...)
- Is reporting the scenario the same as a normal table game
- Is there any other tools, suggestions, or things I should be aware of?

Dotting: After you post in a thread, a dot appears next to the thread title when you're logged in. It's a way of keeping track where you've posted.
Map tools: I don't know.
Chronicle sheets: I haven't prepared any myself, but I have a few from other PFS GMs. It looks like they scanned their signature as a jpeg, and paste it into the chronicle sheet.
Reporting the scenario: AFAIK it's the same as reporting a table game.
