Can my Titan Mauler's evade reach ability make a medium creature's 5-foot reach be reduced to 0 feet so that they can no longer attack me without entering my square?

Lol. Technical yes it would appear to. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone actually rule or even attempt to use it that way however.

Yes and no.

Yes you can target someone and take their reach down to 0. But since it is a swift action and only lasts until the end of your (current) turn, I don't see it doing much good other than allowing you to avoid AoO, which is what the ability is meant for to begin with. Certainly it won't force them to enter your square on their turn.
