can the bashing propertie be put on a Klar upping its damage to 1d10 ?
Klar
The traditional form of this tribal weapon is a short blade bound to the skull of a large horned lizard but but a skill smith can craft one entirely out of metal.
Benefit: A traditional klar counts as a light wooden shield with armor spikes. A metal klar counts as a light steel shield with armor spikes.
Weapon Feature(s): special
Bashing
Aura moderate transmutation; CL 8th; Weight —; Price +1 Bonus
DESCRIPTION
A shield with this special ability is designed to perform a shield bash. A bashing shield deals damage as if it were a bashing weapon of two size categories larger (a Medium light shield thus deals 1d6 points of damage and a Medium heavy shield deals 1d8 points of damage). The shield acts as a +1 weapon when used to bash. Only light and heavy shields can have this ability.
CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS
Craft Magic Arms and Armor, bull's strength; Cost +1 bonus

The only problem with that is that the primary damage-dealing component of a klar is the spiky part. Armor spikes have to be enchanted separately as weapons, so it wouldn't up the damage to a d10. Assuming that the Bashing property were applied to a klar, the damage die would go up to a d8 damage die.
I'd probably say you could put the bashing property on it, and it would work fine because of the wording of that property. Other people might disagree, though, because of how spiked shields work and how armor enchantments work.

It's still a shield, so if you enchant it as a shield you get the enhancement bonus to its shield bonus*, if you enchant it as a weapon you get the enhancement bonus to attack and damage.
*with bashing it would count as a +1 weapon(not +<enhancement bonus>).
(Not counting shield master feat)
I'm not sure if there is an official ruling on whether a shield can be enchanted as both, but I don't see why not.
