It has become known to me that beast rider lets you have a Pterodactyl or Pteranodon mount. In PF, a flying mount is golden. The problem is the dinosaurs strength is not a lot for carrying me, armor and gear. Besides a belt, is there any Armor, chest, eyes, headband, neck, ring, or wrist slot magic item that increases the creature's carrying capacity?

I'm trying to go cheap. I get this pet at seventh level, and spells are what I'm trying to avoid. I don't think I can get a spell to last that long for a Paladin. In PFS, a wand is always the least caster level, and I plan on having dangerously curious a a trait feat. So, Use magic device is available here. I will be +15 at seventh level and it will only get better.

Any Ideas? The only thing I can think of that alleviates this is a belt of giant str, haversack and a bag of holding. That means this mount only carries me and even then, I'm limited on what I have outside these extra capacity magic items.

1st level spell for alchemist 1, cleric 1, oracle 1, druid 1, ranger 1, sorcerer 1, wizard 1, summoner 1

Ant Haul

Triples carrying capacity for 2hrs per level

Wand of Ant Haul would cost 750gp or 375 crafted and offer 100 hours of triple carry capacity, that's a mere 7.5gp per hour. Or Free with any of the above casters above level 4

Beyond Ant Haul, the only thing I can think of is Muleback Cords (cloak/shoulders slot).

The trouble is ant haul is a first level spell. In PFS, since all magic items are at their minimum caster level, it only lasts two hours. I believe the spell works for two hours a level. I looked that one up.

Pteranodons do not have shoulder slots in the Animal Archive(AA). I looked that one up too. In PFS, Animal Companions can only have neck and armor slots unless you have the AA. Then, it takes afeat for each slot you wish to have beyond the neck and armor if I read correctly.

Well, this is admittedly another belt, but here's something from Ultimate Equipment and the only other thing I could find: http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/wondrous-items/wondrous-items/a-b/belt- heavyload

A pale blue rhomboid ioun stone can boost strength by 2 but at a pretty penny (8,000 gp)

Wow! This is great! This solves a lot and it is cheaper. Thank you, you saved me hours of looking through stuff to find something like this. You are a life saver. No really, I don't have that much time to do such things, I appreciate it.

I wanted a mount for my paladin that was stronger than a horse or camel. That is all you have access to in PFS unless you get access to something in a chronicle. I didn't wish to hope by chance to get a mount this way. Still doing research to see what I wish to do with this build.
