Merisiel's green emblem?

I'm so curious about the green emblem on Merisiel's chest dagger belt. It's green and silver with what looks like an eye. I simply cannot find any information about it! Can anyone explain what that symbol is?

It's kinda a personal thing that a close friend gave me. As far as I know, it's the only one that exists.
