Lets start with the premise that the PC fails the will save a go from there.
What happens if the vampire does not get a move action to actually order the PC to do anything?
If the PC is ordered to kill the other PCs and this is against his nature does he get the new save once or every round?
Can a vampires dominate be dispelled? If so how?
Protection from evil will grant a new save but what else will help break the dominate? Limited to the resources of a 11th level party.
Does dominate person end with the death of the controller?

Let me try to answer.
1) If a PC is dominated but no order is given, the PC continues going about his business until some order is given. After that, it takes a move action to change one order for another. If the PC completes its task and receives no further order, I'd have him go into sleep mode. Awake, just doing nothing but stare blankly (think hypnotized).
2) Only once, the saving throw is allowed once per command, then carried out to the character's best abilities.
Yeah; if you force a dominated creature to do something against its nature, it gets that new saving throw. If it makes that saving throw, it throws off the ENTIRE dominate effect and gets to go back to doing what they want.
As for what constitutes "against its nature," that varies from creature to creature. For a PC, I would say that forcing a PC to attack another PC would normally be against a PC's nature and would allow a new saving throw (unless, of course, that PC has already displayed a propensity for attacking other PCs). For most monsters, it would depend. A lot of monsters are just violent anyway and attacking others of their kind is normal. It's left vague deliberately so each time it comes up, the GM gets to interpret it as needed for the specific target in question.
3) Yes. It's an enchantment, with a set duration of 12 days (CL 12). The DC, then, is 23 (11+12). Dispel Magic, Break Enchantment and the like should do it.
4) The magic of friendship? Entering a building with an ongoing Hallow effect has the same effect as having Protection from Evil cast on the PC, as does Magic Circle Against Evil.
5) YMMV. Do non-permanent effects end with their caster's death in your game? Do summoned creatures poof away? My group plays it like that, and it's consistent with real-world vampire myths, when the death of the vampire is the only way to free its thralls.
Hope this helps!
