Question: Is this Tier 01 or Tier 03? It is listed under the category of Tier 01 listing on pg 17 but the wording at the end of says it is Tier 03.

Speedy Summons (Su): When you cast a summon monster
spell, the casting time is 1 standard action instead of 1
round. If you expend one use of mythic power, the casting
time becomes 1 swift action. If you’re a summoner, as a
full-round action you can expend one use of mythic
power to summon your eidolon. You must be at least 3rd
tier to select this ability.

I'd say it's Tier One, but if you're a Summoner sing the power then you need to be Tier Three.

I think it's a T3 ability that they just couldn't fit on the next page with their current spacing.

I think I saw a Guardian power that was similarly out of place. In the playtest document, the powers were arranged in alphabetical order and notated like Speedy Summons to indicate what the required tier is.

My guess is, somewhere along the way the editors decided to cut the requirement out of the description and arrange them into tier categories instead. But when doing that, a couple of them happened to get missed.

I'm still curious about this. Any official errata that resolves the contradiction?

Any unofficial guidance from developers?

I too would like a clarification on this.
