year of the Rune boon for Silver Crusade Paladins

Hi all,

I see that the boon for our glorious Faction for the advance in the year of the Rune is a Smite evil at 1/2 character level, what about the paladins of our glorious faction, they have a diminissed smite evil or aditional smite level untile they spend it?

My thought is that it would be an additional Smite Evil that you can use once you have run out of your normal daily alottment (one time only.) As for what level it is used at, if I was the GM, I would let you do it at your normal level, but other GMs might say that it should follow the "letter of the law" and get it at 1/2 character level.
