Half-elves would qualify for elf-only feats, so I guess archetypes are OK, but I am not 100% sure. Better check with your GM.
Or you might consider an elf-born Aasimar (agathion-blooded) and try to negotiate taking the archetype, for example by using a homebrew alternate racial trait that would be the elf-equivalent of Scion of Humanity (say Scion of Elvenkind).
Do not forget to take the dual-cursed archetype. More negotiation (since it does not stack with ancient lorekeeper by RAW), but it is worth it as long as your GM agrees with the RAW that Misfortune can be used on your allies too.
For the curses, you NEED Blackened and Wrecker can be nice too, especially when giving them to martial opponents through the Oracle's Burden.
I believe that this combo absolutely ROCKS for a pure caster healer. I created one as a healing cohort but did not have the opportunity to play it. If you are interested, I can post the build.
Do not forget to take the Fey Foundling feat at 1st level.
For even more healing goodness, take a 2-levels dip in Paladin somewhere down the road. The synergy between the Life Link and Lay on Hands should be great.

Fortunately, I am the DM!
I'm asking this for one of my players who is in search of interesting oracle characters!
Feel free to post anything that my help, your advices are gratefully accepted!
I will post the build later when I have more time (likely tomorrow or the day after).
Your player may also be interested in the Divine Channeler 3pp class from Rite Publishing. They are something like a variant of Cleric with much more importance put on both the Channel and the domains. You get more channels, they do far more things in line with your god's domains, you get less spells, you spontaneously cast domain spells rather than Inflict/Cure and you get a 3rd domain later on.
Our Cleric of Sarenrae in RotRL changed to a Divine Channeler because it fitted her heal/fireball theme even better.
What is the rest of the party like ? And what kind of campaign ?

Half-Elf or Half-Orc: Can a character of either of these races select human racial archetypes (such as from Advanced Race Guide?
No. While half-elves and half-orcs do count as humans "for any effect related to race", racial class archetypes do not count as an "effect."
This is under much discussion in the community because humans have a feat called Racial Heritage, which was FAQ'ed to allow humans to take racial archetypes from other races, based on the idea that the human has a minute amount of the race's blood in his ancestry.
That breaks verisimilitude just a bit, since that means a half-orc (who arguably would have 50% orc blood) can't be a Scarred Witch Doctor, but a human with Racial Heritage (Orc) (who has like, maybe 1% Orc blood) can.
[edit]That said, if this isn't a PFS game, then it's up to you anyway. Personally, if the question came up in my game I would either just let them have it, or allow them to take Racial Heritage and then take the archetype anyway (probably the former).

Thanks a lot!
We're preparing the Carrion crown campaign and one of my players want to play an oracle, she asked me for ideas and builds!
I came up with three builds that circle around the idea of a pharasmin oracle, the first one is an ancestor oracle, inhabited by the wisdom and strength of thousands of Ustalavic heroes who died in the war against the whispering tyrant, a very physical oracle.
The second one is an puritan oracle of occultism, an investigator of the supernatural and member of the pharasmin penitence.
The last one is this half-elven daughter of a pharasmin midwife and an elven noble from Kyonin, an oracle of life/anciant lorekeeper who brings the best of two people and facing xenophobia and bigotry!
If one of you has ideas for the two other builds, you're welcome!
In our party, there's already a Cayden inquisitor(monster hunter inquisitor of fun!!!), an alchimist(beastmorph), a paladin(vow of vengeance) and a bard(arcane duelist).
