The original 3.5 version did have 13 or 15 levels and was sort of split up into three sections. It was an oddball. The current PF version is just 10 levels and is in the Inner Sea World Guide. It plays more like a Paladin/Antipaladin but focused on Law instead of Good/Evil and has abilities related to armor and devils.

The original 13 level version was in fact already for the Pathfinder RPG. It's from Pathfinder Adventure Path #27, What Lies In Dust. This version has now been superseded with the new one from the Inner Sea World Guide.

Make sure you get with your GM about the Class there are a few ablitys that are word quirky, like disciplines Pentamic Faith. it gives you access to domain powers of cleric and you treat your hell knight level as your cleric level to determin powers. Some cleric powers like the travel domain don't have daily useing they have amount set amounts, or passive effects or the ablitys uses per day based on wisdom mod. So it does not make sense with the limited uses per day of that hell knight disciplines. Pentamic faith is also listed an an expection that could only be taken as 1st discplines but the wording suggest it can only be used x number of days, so how does this work when you hit level 8 and you have two function of domain power? can you use each domain power x number of times per day or can you only choose the whole discipline x number of times per day and you pick the power at the time. It a good idea to get this kind of stuff cleared up with GM before taking the class. I am working on building one right now and I had to do that.
