1.) If I remember correctly, isn't there a feat that when an opponent misses or hits or something(or moves near you?) you can immediately 5' step away?
2.) If say this feat(which has not been named on this thread yet) allowed you at some point to use a 5' step in the middle of the opponents Full Attack on you, once you moved, would it completely interrupt their Full Attack and foil their plans to pummel you to death?

No.

Are there any other feats with a similar ability to move away from the target?
No, this is to circumvent the fact that casters and ranged attackers would completely destroy melee characters only because they would all pick 'Step Away' or w/e it would be called to stop a Melee combatant to Full-Round Attack his target.
It would especially be a middle-finger to the melee characters with reach weapons.| houser2112 |

Not a feat, but there is a trait from one of Dreamscarred's psionic books called
Psychoportive Talent:
You can expend your psionic focus as an immediate action to make a five-foot step. You may do this even if you have already moved in the round in question, although not if you have already taken a five-foot step, and doing so does not prevent further movement in this round. This talent grants no benefit if you do not have the ability to gain psionic focus.
