If a Musket Master at level three buys a Double Barrel Musket can he make Full round attacks with just the musket not using rapid shot, A normal gunslinger with two guns can fire both of them so can a musket master using that gun fire both barrels using a full round attack action? Reload is a free with alchemical and I would have to use that too. Help?

You need Rapid Reload along with the alchemical cartridges to make reloading a free action.

Why does rapid reload matter? A 3rd level gunslinger only has 1 attack, so obviously it can full attack for its 1 attack.
Oh, I think I get what you're saying. No. A gunslinger with 2 guns can use TWF to get 2 attacks (they really shouldn't, since a gun is not a light weapon, but they can), but that doesn't apply to someone who is only using one weapon.

I just resolved your twice bud, but I can.....Because I can shoot both barrels at the same time for a minus four...it clearly says that..I am wondering whether or not I can do it as a full round attack since it also clearly says I can fire both barrels separately if I choose to do so. Rapid reload does not apply on this thread. Thanks though.

I'm not certain why you would be able to fire them separately?
As far as I can tell from reading over the Musket Master archetype, at 3rd level you gain the ability to reload more quickly and to increase the range increment of the weapon, but nothing that grants you a second attack (which would be necessary to fire each barrel independently).
You could fire both as part of one attack (taking the appropriate penalties), or one barrel with no penalty.

Not just the musket though i'm talking about the double barrel which each barrel could be fired as a separate action....?
A double barreled musket is still a single weapon. It has special rules that allow you to fire 2 shots at once, but if you are not taking advantage of those special rules then you treat it like a normal weapon, including not attacking with it multiple times.
