Silver Crusade

Is there a way for kolbods to get claws other then being a Sorcerer with the Draconic Bloodline? I cant seem to find any way to do it.

Barbarian (rage power that grants claws), ranger (natural attack), witch, summoner (synth). There are quite a few ways.

I was looking for a way ta have claws without it be a class feature, try to find a way to get the naturally if there is a way.

The only way as far as you are describing would be either a racial feat or trait. In which case, to my knowledge, no. There isn't such.

Scarab Sages

If you have Wild Shape, contract lycanthropy, or are a natural weapon ranger you can take the Aspect of the Beast feat, but again, it's not something that is natural to being a kobold.

You could play a small tiefling, say your non-fiendish race is kobold, and take the claw or may alternate racial trait, but that would require dm approval.

If your the GM, you can just say they have claw attacks appropriate for their size (1d3's I think, maybe 1d4 though). If not just ask your GM, it shouldn't be too op for a kobold to have claw attacks.

Alternatively make them spend a feat or trait on getting claws.

What is the RP of a kobold? Under 10 I'm sure. Giving them another feature is fine.

If your allowed to pull from 3rd you can try this feat

Deformity (Clawed Hands)
( Book of Vile Darkness, p. 48) [Vile]
Because of intentional self-mutilation, the character has deformed arms and hands ending in sharp claws.
Prerequisite
Willing Deformity (BV) ,
Benefit
The character has the ability to deal 1d6 points of damage as an unarmed claw attack. The character is considered armed even when unarmed.
Special
The character does not draw attacks of opportunity when attacking unarmed, and he threatens areas even when unarmed.

But GM Decision, I would drop the die down one step

There is a magic item solution - Amulet of the Blooded (Abyssal) from the ACG.

Once worn, you may grow claws as a free action; primary natural attacks, 1d4 (at medium). Solves the problem but costs 12K.

The Talons of Leng also do this (though +3 claws) but is significantly more expensive.
