I know the Cleric's sub domain of Death gives you the ability of Death's Kiss which gives anyone you touch negative energy affinity like a Dhamphir, but I don't know if there is a reverse of this which give someone positive energy affinity. You might want to talk to your GM about a little house rule if you are willing to take a level in Cleric.

I'm currently playing a Dhampir Ranger2/Cleric9 of Pharasma, who spontaneously cures and channels positive. However, because she qualifies, she has the Variant Channeling feat (for which a paladin doesn't qualify), carries a Wand of Empowered Inflict Moderate Wounds, and a Potion of Inflict Serious Wounds (labeled "break in case of emergency").
There was an alternate racial trait for Dhampirs that allows them to heal some from positive energy.
Otherwise, it's tough. Inflict X Wounds isn't on the Paladin spell list, so they can't use Wands of it, right?
As a GM I would probably allow some sort of trial/agreement with your god to possibly give you the trait. I wouldn't allow a good god to switch out any positive for negative. That's something to work out with the GM, however.

You can take the feat Life-Dominant Soul. It will at least allow you to use Lay on Hands to heal as a swift action, even if it is just 1/2 the HP each time.

Whoops, it's a feat as Strannik said, not a trait. "Life-Dominant Soul" from Blood of the Night.
"You are healed by channeled positive energy used to heal living creatures and channeled negative energy used to heal undead, but both only heal half the normal amount. You still take damage from positive energy used to harm undead, such as that from channeled energy and lay on hands."
Note that any positive energy used to harm undead still affects you normally, so any party clerics may still want to pick up the Selective Channeling feat.
Paladins don't get Use Magic Device, and since Inflict X Wounds isn't on the Paladin spell list, they typically can't use wands of it. You could, however, purchase some scrolls or wands of Inflict for your resident healer (so they don't feel obligated necessarily to pray for any).
A dhampir paladin is perfectly suited to taking the fight to the undead, and of course, the juicy roleplaying inherent in the internal struggle. Last session, my cleric walked right into a Hungry Fog (not undead, but definitely negative energy aligned) and channeled positive energy. Quite fun! ;)
