I got notification that this was available today, but when I try to download it, I get the 'Personalizing... Click link again in 10 seconds to download' message. When I wait and click, I just get recycled to the same message, ad infinitum.
This only applies to the redemption form. Other downloads requiring personalization time delays are working normally for me.

They could change their minds, but in the past the answer was "you had to be there". I agree, it seems odd that a backer of the Kickstarter is punished if they can't go to GenCon. But that was the stance in the past discussions.
It's not about punishing backers who don't go to Gen Con; it's about rewarding those who do.
I do understand your point of view. It just feels different when you can't afford to go half way accross the US. So I guess we will just have to agree to disagree on this point.

Do you have friends going to Gen Con that aren't Goblin Squad members, but would like a mini of their own? The mini will also be free to non-Goblin Squad members making a $50 minimum purchase at Paizo's Gen Con booth. Not going to Gen Con? The mini will be available for sale exclusively on paizo.com after the convention.
What if we forgot our Kickstarter Backer Name?
It is your Kickstarter user name. Go to the Log In at Kickstarter, once you are logged in you can click on "me" then click "profile" and there it is, your user name. :-)
