I am making a Oracle of the Dark Tapestry starting at level 5 and going to 15. Even though this may seem a bit cruel I want advice on how to make it as insanely powerful as possible as I will end up fighting the entire party latter.
The character is the NPC healer for the party(not to mention the person instigating a tribal war. secretly of course.) of 3 rouges an evoker a inquisitor a fighter and a poor pacifist monk.
All pathfinder material is allowed and characters get 2 traits.
So please help make this idea into a BBEG to in all likely hood kill some of the party. Be creative and have fun.

As the party healer, this villain can wait until the PCs are in a pitched battle, summon a bunch of monsters (apparently as support), wait for a PC to be down or nearly down, and then turn against the party.
Evil Oracle can feed info about the PCs weaknesses and strategies to their enemies. There are unlimited ways this guy can mess with the PCs. For instance, he could suggest a "contact" who can upgrade their magic equipment, but who also curses it. Heck, he can offer to make a meal and poison everyone.
Sounds like this party is weak on the ranged combat front. Make sure to have flight and the ability to create obstacles and difficult terrain. Be protected vs. the evoker's two favorite energy types. Arrange for an ally to hit any fliers in the party with targeted dispel magic.
The only hole I see in this plan is that the party members have 10 levels of getting to know the guy to catch on that he's batsh*$ crazy and evil.
You sure this isn't going to make the players hate you?

I'd say the key is to keep as many of his abilities a secret as you can manage.
Like able to cast deeper darkness and see in perfect darkness (by level 11). Able to shapeshift into the things he's been summoning (better than any mirror image =P ). Able to cast black tentacles and feeblemind. Flight. Sure make him dual cursed for sowing Misfortune and have him sneak in a delayed effect bestow curse instead of a cure spell.
Use Eldritch Heritage to give him the Rakshasa bloodline for a boost to his bluff and constant non-detection. As well as making him become a master of disguise.
Maybe ensure that he never carries a weapon and doesn't show his strength at all (play up the pacifist nature of his actions) Heck he doesn't even need to wear armour for anything other than the look of it with his cloak of darkness ability. Then give him the blackened and wrecker curses so that when he does turn he can curse your decidedly martially focused party with an overall -6 to their weapon attacks as their weapons break in their hands and crumble to dust if they do manage to hit him (advancing the wrecker curse)
I'm sure the combination of some kind of divination spells, overland flight and a ring of sustenance will make sure that he'll be able to plot and scheme to his heart's content while the PCs sleep. Set up obstacles and ambushes for the party, all the while making sure that they survive and come to rely on your healing to see them through. Make sure that they never feel the need to invest in serious defences/healing of their own and they'll be all the squishier when you finally strike.
What are this character's overall goals? Are the party technically aiding him by removing his enemies or clearing the path for his plans? If I were in this position I'd gently and subtly guide their efforts for my own purpose by making myself scarce to "buy healing equipment" (preferably dipping into a bit of their wealth to do it) and then using a mix of bluff, diplomacy, disguise, and Alter Self to make sure that the party's goals are always firmly aligned in my favour.
Only thing that's needed now is to find a way to disguise his spellcasting. There's a tattoo that lets you once per day cast a spell with still + silent metamagic, for when you need to make sure that no one knows it was you. An ability to disguise a spell as a different spell as it's being cast would be ideal though.
