Quick question: If I pick up a shield through Arcane Bond (probably either via Arcane Duelist or the Skirnir Magus archetype), am I able to enchant it both offensively AND defensively as though I had the appropriate crafting feat, or just offensively (aka as a weapon)?
Yes, you can do both as they both only require the same feat, craft arms and armor.
