Wow being a plant rocks.
Traits: A plant creature possesses the following traits (unless otherwise noted in a creature's entry).
Low-light vision.
Immunity to all mind-affecting effects (charms, compulsions, morale effects, patterns, and phantasms).
Immunity to paralysis, poison, polymorph, sleep effects, and stunning.
Proficient with its natural weapons only.
Not proficient with armor.
Plants breathe and eat, but do not sleep.
The delicious and ghorus seed abilities are awesome.
Idk what Empyreal Focus does (couldn't find it)
I lve the idea of a cg ninja doing good deeds unnoticed. You have a lot of options, do you want to be mostly melee or range? What ninja tricks do you like?

My ninja was str based, but focused on ninja tricks for invis and extra feats to gain crane style and crane riposte at a decent pace. The rogue trick offensive defense is amazing too. I had fun with the climb speed trick as well.
Carry some shuricans for the surprise round range attacks and before the enemy acts. Later get a spring loaded wrist sheath and your favorite ranged attack spell (fiery shuricans or scorching ray are good examples).
A quick runners shirt for an extra move in a couple levels. (Not for pathfinder society )
Seems like you might want to go two weapon fighting. Pick them up as you level if you want. But someone might have better advise on that type of build.
Skill focus for escape artist could be great as monsters start to have very high CMD.
