As to the OP, if you took the Adopted feat you could count as a human for the purposes of traits, feats, spells, and whatnot in order to obtain the racial abilities you're looking for, though you'd have to ask a GM if they'd allow you to take the Adopted feat to gain another race's traits through that feat. Then again, I haven't used the Adopted feat in so long that I'm not sure if it still works as it was originally written.

Not allowed by RAW. The duergar are allowed to take certain dwarf alternate traits, but that's a specific explicit exception to the general rule.
However, I can see a GM allowing it anyway. Heart of the Wilderness is supposed to be of equal value to skilled, so it's not overpowered, and it's thematic for a half-orc. (Half-elves might similarly be allowed to trade Elven Immunities for Dreamspeaker or Elemental Resistance by a lenient GM.)
