Prerequisites: Humanoid, must be taken at 1st level.
Benefit: You gain a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against mind-affecting effects, and a +2 racial bonus on Perception checks.
Since its a racial bonus to perception from the feat, does it not stack with the Keen Senses racial trait, +2 racial bonus perception, that Half-Elves and Elves get?
I would say they don't. This feat be one of those rare cases that doesn't give you a "feat" bonus but a racial bonus instead.
