What to do when the Chronicle Sheet deviates from the printed Item in the module / rulebook?

I'm doing a bunch of items for the community package in Herolab and I've noticed several items that deviate from the source material in rules on the Chronicle sheet.

Here are two examples:

Items:
Poison, Waters of the whispering river in City of Golden Death is DC 20 on the Chronicle Sheet and printed as "1d3 Con Damage and 1 Con Drain" but in the module is Initial 1 Con Drain and Secondary 1d3 Con Damage with DC 16.

Sihedron medallion from Godsmouth Heresy different than other Sihedron medallion by cost and abilities. It cost more and has a restriction that other copies of the same named item does not have.

At this point, I am assuming the Chronicle sheet has the right to override the stat block in the source material as it may be all that is available to the GM at the table. Good assumption? Or should the Chronicle sheets be updated?

My understanding is that the chronicle trumps, but I'm not super confident in that.

Chronicle sheet wins.

Seems to me if the chronicle sheet is different from legal source material, then some kind of notice should be sent to the PFS team to add to there huge list of things to do someday, so that it may eventually get fixed.

Though I wouldn't expect any kind of quick turnaround with Gencon a couple weeks away and this being sort of a minor problem (I don't think I've seen anyone with either example in PFS).

Is there a process to report bugs on chronicle sheets or other PFS only material?

Just to confuse matters even more - that medallion appears on a chronicle sheet from an AP and is a different price to the chronicle you mentioned. As far as I can see, the only other difference is an ability of the item that I'd think unlikely to come up in PFS play.

As a note, the chronicle does not trump the book if the only difference is the price. For example, if you have a sheet with a cloak of resistance +1 for 10,000 gold then it is a typo and you should use the book-printed price. Or if it's listed on the chronicle for 500gp. Always go by the book prices.

Related, back in season 0 some items listed need conversion from 3.5 to PF rules. Even if your sheet lists some gloves of dexterity +2 you need to convert them to the PF equivalent item and make them a belt.

What about if an item is *only* available via chronicle?
I think that's the case here.

You don't reference the module when purchasing items from your chronicles. You reference the chronicle. What is printed there is what you use.

Yeah, that's what I figured. Would be nice if the two chronicles were consistant though
