Favored Class Monk Rule

Think with me, I have a human Monk of Vow's, with vow of peace and vow of truth, my wisdom modifier is +4.
In 1st level my ki points are 6.
In 2nd level my ki points are 7(4+2+lv/2) + 1(1/4 by favored class) = 8.
In 3rd level my ki points are 7(4+2+lv/2) + 1(Sum of last bonus) + 2(1/4 by favored class) = 10
In 4th level my ki points are 8(4+2+lv/2) + 3(Sum of last bonus) + 2(1/4 by favored class) = 13
In this progression in lv 14 I going to have 148 ki points.

The Monk Favored Class Bonus adds 1/4 of a POINT of Ki per level, not 1/4 of your total bonus.

I think that may be where you've gone wrong, among other places. It also seem like you think you add 1/2 level + Wis EVERY LEVEL, which is incorrect. That is the total sum of Ki you get barring outside things.

By 14th level with the FCB and Peace and Truth with 18 Wis you should have

Peace (+2, since it's 1 point per 5 levels), Truth (+2, ditto), 1/2 level (+7), Wis bonus (+4), FCB (+3, since it's 1 point per 4 levels) for a grand total of 18.

In short, you're way off, bro.

Now I understand, I gain only +1/4 per level, not +1/4 of ki points.

You made some mistakes. The vow's follow the rule:

"A monk with this vow increases his ki pool by 1 ki point for every 5 monk levels (minimum +1)"

1 + LV/5 = 3, not 2.

No, it's not 1 + LV/5. It's LV/5 with the caveat that it can't be lower than 1.

So, from level 1-9, it adds 1 Ki. From 10-14, it adds 2. From 15-19 it adds 3, and at 20th, it adds 4.
