Kingdom size 101 ???

After reading Ultimate Campaign and playing with the rules, my players and I love this type of campaign (Civilization based with development and large scale wars) however, in the two campaigns we've played, we've never had a kingdom larger than 40. In the rules the Ruler gets a bonus if their kingdom size is larger than 101. Just wondering if anyone has reached this amount and what experiences they've had with it. (difficulty to build the world or run it, rewarding to run ? etc)
