Court Bard spell list

Hi everyone,

I am making a new bard for a campaign that is mostly court and politics.
So i am wondering what are the best spells to get for court at each levels, and at each level what spell is a must have in a combat situation (i don t think i will take more than 1 combat oriented spell per level).

And if you can suggest up to 5th level spells it will be great.

Level 1: Unnatural Lust - It can deny all actions for a round in combat, and make someone try to grope the king out of combat, which may end up getting them killed.

Level 2: Blistering Invective - Demoralize everyone in 30 feet and deal fire damage to them. Snapdragon Fireworks is a great way to deal with swarms.

Level 3: Glibness is invaluable for a game with heavy non-combat focus. Haste is always good, and Mad Monkeys is just fun.

Level 1 - Ear-piercing scream. Affects pretty much everything (oozes, undead) and is a save-or-skip, in addition to a valuable power.

Charm Person - because there are plenty of powerful-but-class-levelless NPCs around all the time...

Level 2 - Honeyed Tongue is one of the most powerful court spells in the game. +5 to all my cha-checks OR the ability to roll the dice twice? Yes please :).

Heroism is more general purpose, and can be used both in court and combat for its +2 to skill checks.
