Oracle's Blackened Curse penalties

Does the attack roll penalty for the blackened curse only apply to melee attack rolls, melee and ranged attack rolls, or for all attack rolls (throwing weapons, shooting ray spells, combat maneuvers, etc)?

I could not find a definitive ruling about rays or touch attacks.

COmbat maneuvers if you use a weapon to do it you get a penalty. If you use hydrualic push no.

Thrown weapon includes a weapon. So a penality

I would argue rays since they may be used with feats like weapon focus. But nothign positive.

Unarmed touch attacks I would argue have a penalty too. Since they use unarmed and those count as light weapons too.

It applies only to manufactured weapons.
