This was really fun to work on. :D
I'm very much keen for any feedback that folks have on this.
While I suppose it isn't in what folks might consider my traditional playground of horrific fiends doing terrible things, I'm a gigantic fan of traditional faerie tales and myths, and classic stories by Arthur Machen and others, so the fey (both whimsical and darker takes thereof) are very much appreciated by me. :)

I thought this would be a great project for Todd, knowing him from our work together on Osirion, Land of the Pharaohs and the proteans from End of Eternity and The Great Beyond. He's got a great feel for aliens and extraplanars that are really *DIFFERENT* from your garden-variety everyday monsters. It's not so much that they're horrible or wonderful as much as that they're STRANGE. That's what I wanted to really bring out about the fey, and I think Todd did a great job with it.

"Fey Blood (Ex): You are considered to have the fey bloodline
for purposes of effects and archetypes. If an archetype replaces
an element of the fey bloodline you do not have, you give up
the ability from the corresponding level instead."
THANK YOU. :D
More alternate bloodlines and so forth need to have clauses like that.

Faerie Passions has been uploaded to Paizo.com (as well as our other partner sales sites at d20pfsrd and DrivethruRPG - and of course it's also available at the Legendary Games webstore) and will be available here as soon as it goes through approvals!

It's up now in the Paizo store. Sadly it'll have to sit in my cart until the end of the month for payday. :(
End of the month? Nah, that's what credit cards are for ;)

I have my copy and I'll see if I can't do a review soon. I really love this PDF!
But one question: it mentions something called a 'vodenjak' tht dwells in rivers and that can be found in the 'Boreal Bestiary'. Did this book come out and I just missed it, or has it yet to be published?
And with the vodenjak -- is this anything like the classic Russian vodyanoy, the murderous river spirits given sacrifices of horses, and who would do things like murder children and drown girls to make them into rusalki?

Yay, glad you love it!
You haven't missed anything; the vodenjak is indeed in the upcoming Boreal Bestiary, which we'll be previewing starting this week. Tim's working on it now and it should be available soon.
And yes, it's one of the many flavors of naughty river spirits from Eastern Europe. I hope you enjoy my take on him. He's a pretty creepy character.

Same monster, different language origin for the name transliteration into English.
Deeper answer:
I originally went with the Russian transliteration: vodyanoi. During development that was changed to the Serbian vodenjak. The Paizo monster stats which we could have referenced for the first spelling didn't go as well with the flavor I went for, so it was changed to the other spelling which then referenced stats in another Legendary Games book whose take on the classic Slavic male river spirit worked better for this book - plus cross-promotion never hurts. :)
