If I TWF, and I got a dagger in my off hand and a rapier in my main hand, Can I forgo the dagger's attack, attacking only with the rapier and qualify for precise strike?
To me this seems to be the iconic sort of thing for a duelist, use the off hand for defense, while focusing all your attacks into the primary weapon.
