I was pleasantly surprised to get the following email from you, today:

Thank you for supporting Pathfinder Maps with your purchase of the Arcane Dungeon Flip-Mat.

Unfortunately, as many have reported, warping occurred during the manufacturing that appears to affect the entire print run of Flip-Mat: Arcane Dungeon, as well as Flip-Mat: Thieves Guild which was due for release in July. We apologize for the error and we have ensured future flip-mats will use a thinner paper stock and correct folding technique to prevent the warping issue.

While Arcane Dungeons is still useable as a flip-mat and many customers have been able to alleviate the warping problem by flattening it with heavy books, we don't feel its fair to pass it off as a mint product when it clearly is not. To compensate for Flip-Mat: Arcane Dungeon's warping issue, we have added $5.00 in store credit to the accounts of everyone who purchased this flip-mat from us...

I just wanted to say thank you for being the excellent company you continue to be. As with many other actions you have taken in the past, this one assures that you will keep me as a true and loyal customer (and vendor).

Although, you did spell "usable" incorrectly... (-;

Funny, they both look right to me. And I'm usually able to remember these things without consulting a dictionary.

So I did consult a dictionary (dictionary.com, to be precise) - and apparently, both "usable" and "useable" are correct.

What's up with that? Shades of gray on a spelling question???

Google Ngrams to the rescue!

"Usable" has pretty much always dominated, it seems.

English versus American English, maybe? All I know is that my spell check didn't like it and auto-corrected it when I copy/pasted.

Usually a good guess. In this case, though, the graphs all look about the same:

For what it's worth, the editorial team's policy is generally to use the primary entry in Merriam-Webster, so if this word were to appear in a Pathfinder product, it would be "usable." Customer Service has bit less editorial oversight; "not wrong" is the main goal there. :-)

Significantly less editorial oversight, often to the chagrin of the editorial team!
