No. AC 5 is to hit one specific square. Splash weapons only need to hit a square to work. Arrows need to hit a creature.

Or are you asking if you can fire splash weapons from a bow?

Or, put another way, you CAN target an intersection with a bow... but it won't hit anybody because nobody's standing there.
