Is anyone interested in starting up a sandbox style game set Varisia? I've been wanting to involved in something like this for quite some time now, but people tend to be more interested in running APs. I'm already involved in quite a few PbPs, and I tend to post daily, at least. This is a Varisian gypsy character I threw together and am excited to play. I'm waiting to find out the starting location for the game before I post my background. Let me know if you have any interest in running or playing a game like this.

I would be interested in playing a character in a varisian sandbox campaign. That region is very near and dear to me and I would be HIGHLY motivated and HIGHLY dedicated to the playing of this campaign.
Also Adara there is another Runelord campaign starting up as well you might be interested in.
I would be interested in playing a Korvosian. probably a fighter that specializes in the Shonti fighting style.
I too would be interested in such a game, and have a PC already written up stat wise that is tied strongly to Varisia.
I would love this as well. I have an idea for a cavalier/bard wanderer that would work well in this.

I am getting ready to start GM'ing a PbP with my table game friends. It will be my first time GMing a PbP. IF that goes well, and I'm feeling confident about it, I will be happy to run somthing like this.
I would have to do alot of research on Varisia however.
does it have to be Sandbox campaign? Many of the AP's are set in Varisia already.
I could see myself setting up another AP run (like Rise or Crimson Throne) or retro-fitting some existing modules to that setting, but the work of all new material is a little daunting.
I wouldn't mind playing one of the many modules set in Varisia. I'm in a Rise game(that I hope lasts this time), so that's out.
Anything else is fair game however.

Um, I'm not particularly experienced when it comes to PbP, so I'd be a bit worried about that, but I have a campaign I've been building that's based loosely on Rise of the Runelords in more of a sandbox-ish Kingmaker-style campaign. Not sure if there would be enough interest, but if there is, I could look into how hard it is to run a PbP instead of realtime/around a table.
