Creatures with critical immunity or fortification makes you immune to the Spirited charge damage?

I don't think so. Spirited charge is neither a critical hit nor a sneak attack and those are what fortification defend against.

Scarab Sages

I linked in some references for you in the other thread if it'll help, but they're primarily examples of things that are affected by critical immunity or Fortification. You're going to have difficulty getting a reference that says "Charge damage isn't negated by...." because you typically don't need rules to prove a negative.

I made a diferent type of thread to simplify the question so it could be used to the FAQ's.

Thanks Ssalarn, I know its hard but my DM is going blind mode once again with something obvious, something clear that have been used that way since d&d 3.5.
