PFS question.

I will be playing in my first PFS events at GenCon this year and I have a question. I've skimmed the PFS download and it says that you need to own the books that you take traits, feats, equipment, etc. from. I want to make an Inquisitor with the Conversion Inquisition, but I don't own ultimate magic. However, the Conversion inquisition is under ultimate magic in the PRD. Can you use stuff from the PRD in PFS if you don't own those specific books?

No you cannot. The PRD, d20pfsrd.com, and all other such websites are not a replacement for owning said books/.pdfs.

I buy the pdfs myself and keep the watermarked versions on my tablet. Unless you're budget is really really tight you can probably pick up the couple of supplements you need for a minimal investment.

One side note: some of the pregens have non-core material...but I've yet to see a GM ban a player from playing one because they did not own the non-core book.
