Im planning to play a Gunslinger in our upcoming campaign. Since our gamemaster is a huge warhammer fan the world will be quite similar and we'll be using the commonplace firearms rules, so advanced firearms wont take long to be available.
Now when i look up Rapid Reload its not actually reducing the time needed to reload advanced firearms but sets it to a move action for pistols (which advanced firarms already have) and even increases the time for advanced two handed firearms to a standart action.
Am i missing something? because right now rapid reload seems like a really important feat for the first few levels until i get my hands on an advanced firearm but an aweful waste of a feat thereafter.

Nope! It works like that.
Just use alchemical cartridges, which reduce reload time down by a step, so move goes to free
All advanced firearms are already cartridge loaded and the time reduction is already factored in. Rapid reload should reduce the time to reload an advanced firearm from a move action to a free action although RAW doesn't differentiate between simple and advanced firearms in the feat description.

Yes, by RAW it is impossible to get free action reloading with advanced firearms. No you are not missing anything, advanced firearms are at a big deficient with regards to early firearms in terms of reloading by RAW (and try to figure out how lightning reload works with revolver). Even the beneficial bandolier only adds one round as a swift action. The rules for firearms just aren't written for advanced firearms, talk to your GM about coming up with acceptable houserules to cover them.

Humpfrey, where do you read that alchemical cartridges are allready factored into the loading time of advanced firearms?
I agree it sounds reasonable, but it doesn't state so anywhere in the rules, meaning you could just as well argue that the bonus is not factored in, making advanced firearms very easy to load as a free action.

Only the simple firearm descriptions allow for the use of alchemical cartridges, all the advanced firearms can only use metal cartridges whose description doesn't include a line about improving the action economy by one step. However, in the general description on advanced firearms they do note that their reload times are faster (i.e., a move action to load an advanced firearm to its capacity instead of a standard or full-round action to reload a single barrel of a one-handed or two-handed simple firearm, respectively).
Finally, the text of the Rapid Reload feat in UC clearly doesn't address advanced firearms as the speed improvements listed only apply to simple firearms. Other threads have requested a FAQ from the devs to rectify this.

I don't see anything specifying early firearms
Rapid Reload (Combat)
Choose a type of crossbow (hand, light, heavy) or a single type of one-handed or two-handed firearm that you are proficient with. You can reload such a weapon quickly.
Prerequisites: Weapon Proficiency (crossbow type chosen) or Exotic Weapon Proficiency (firearm).
Benefit: The time required for you to reload your chosen type of weapon is reduced to a free action (for a hand or light crossbow), a move action (for heavy crossbow or one-handed firearm), or a standard action (two-handed firearm). Reloading a crossbow or firearm still provokes attacks of opportunity.
If you have selected this feat for a hand crossbow or light crossbow, you may fire that weapon as many times in a full-attack action as you could attack if you were using a bow.
Normal: A character without this feat needs a move action to reload a hand or light crossbow, a standard action to reload a one-handed firearm, or a full-round action to load a heavy crossbow or a two-handed firearm.
Special: You can gain Rapid Reload multiple times. Each time you take the feat, it applies to a new type of crossbow or a new type of firearm.

@Quantum Steve - That was exactly my point. The rapid reload feat description should have been written to differentiate between early firearms and advanced firearms. For example, using Rapid Reload with a rifle RAW would have you use a standard action as opposed to the move action you would have spent without the feat. Similarly, by RAW there is no benefit to be gained applying Rapid Reload to a revolver (advanced one-handed firearm) even though by RAW you could use Rapid Reload + Alchemical Cartridges to reload a pistol (early one-handed firearm) as a free action.

Remember that while it is a move action to load an advanced firearm, it loads it to it's full capacity, not just a single bullet.
However I agree, the spirit of the feat is clearly to reduce the relaod times by one step, not set them in stone. It clearly makes no sense that a muzzle-loaded musket can be loaded faster than a modern rifle.
