Down and dirty we appear to be fighting plenty of Vampires in the near future with assuredly some Vampire Witches and Antipaladins.
Looking at the wizard list as i am level 8 almost 9 and im not seeing any blatant anti vampire spells.
Whats likely is that im not being creative enough with my planned usage.
Im a very rich and quite powerful wizard.

Aqueous Orb
antimagic field
forcecage
wind wall
create water.
These all worked better in 3.5 D&D because their duration's were longer. Easiest method is to beat down vampire till turns gaseous then cast Antimagic field next to gas. Gas turns to helpless physical body. carry to running water, or stake then cast Aqueous orb, or cut off head and use holy water.
You can Forcecage then have Druid or cleric cast create water inside forcecage.
Aqueous Orb is your only choice in combat, but the Vamp needs to fail 2 reflex saves, and then not escape for 2 more rounds.

In case it wasn't emphasized enough by Icaste, PROTECTION FROM EVIL! It is practically required. Better if you can get if from the "Circle of Protection" version. Or better yet, buy a Lord's Banner of Crusades. It has a hallow effect permanently on it, which does circle of protection against evil. If your GM allows it, build in a deathward spell to your banner's hallow for never-ending fun (read: GM headaches).
