The juju mystery describes a revelation that allows you to craft juju fetishes as if you had the craft wondrous item feat. What is a juju fetish? I can't find reference to it anywhere!
It's in one of the Serpent's Skull books. They're basically temporary wondrous items. They work for a while and give out, and if you detect magic on them, they have a chance to be destroyed. They're...very weird.
The Juju Mystery is in the same book, obviously.

I have no idea. If I were you, though, I'd just skip that revelation, because they're really not worth the effort.

Basically from what I see a juju will last for 1 week + x number of days where x = creator's caster level. They also have a 50% ( Minus 5% times caster level) chance to crumble away when identify or other similar magics used to divine magic properties are cast upon them.
So, for instance, a lvl 7 character creates a juju. It will last for 14 days (1 week +7), and have a 15% chance to crumble (50% - (5% x 7)).
