Hard-to-find Miniatures

I am in need of a nagaji Miniature terribly....does anyone know where you can find a nagaji miniature, know how to get/make one, or find rare miniatures of the like?

I use a Dragonborn Elementalist d&d mini to represent my Nagaji Druid. I'm sure you can find some Dragonborn, Lizardfolk, or Yuan-ti figurines that will work for you. I'm not sure if there actually are any Nagaji figurines out there. None that I've seen, at least.

You're going to have to modify a figurine. There are some dragonborn / "dragonman" figurines that could work if you file down the ridges that jut out. Making their heads less angular would be harder though.

Reaper has some "dragonmen" of various aspects that might work for you. They also have a conversion kit that contains heads and wings and whatnot, so you can convert a more appropriate miniature - though it's still a dragonman as opposed to a Nagaji.

There's also a thread down in the Miniatures forum that might have some alternative ideas.

Yeah, basically run searches for "snakeman" "lizard man" "reptilian" etc. There's not going to be anything by the name of "nagaji" but you should be able to find something appropriate.

If you are willing to/experienced with conversion/modification, you could probably also look for bald human miniatures, and then use green stuff or the other sculpting putty of your choice to make the eyes and brow a little more snakey and add some scaly texture in choice places.

You could also possibly order some of the Reaper Nagendra figures (which are like yuan-ti) and cut off their heads and put them on more humanoid bodies.

I bought my first box of the Shattered Star series, the ones where you get 1 large and 3 medium minis? Of course Amiri was one of the medium-sized ones. My friend who got me into PFRPG has almost the entire series, no Amiri.

I usually hit Popular Collections when the singles come out to grab the iconics, or buy 'em here.

I'm trying to get a complete set of iconics for my PFS Gming.

(Came in handy at Origins. I had 7 players for a Beginner's Box demo. I went over, grabbed the first level pregens and opened the 'box of iconics' and said 'Ok, 8 PCs, 8 minis, pick who you want to play.'
